A little about me.

I’m Jarvis, the founder of Upgratix. Originally from India and now based in Dubai, I’ve built my skills through independent learning, experimentation and hands-on work.

My background spans graphic design, web design and development, digital marketing, and the world of events and exhibitions. Working across both physical and digital experiences has shaped how I approach a project: understand the business first, question what could work better, and then turn ideas into something useful.

Upgratix brings these interests together. It’s where I work on helping businesses express who they are through thoughtful branding, engaging websites and digital experiences. I care about how something looks, but just as much about how it works and whether it serves a real purpose.

Alongside design, I explore AI, automation and software ideas that could make everyday business tasks easier. I enjoy learning how things work—and finding out what happens when different ideas come together.

I’m still learning, experimenting and building. That curiosity is a big part of who I am, and it’s the mindset I bring to Upgratix.

How I approach the work.

Good work starts with understanding the problem, not choosing the effect.

1. Understand before designing.

   Learn what the business does, who it serves and what the project needs to achieve before deciding how it should look.

2. Make creativity useful.

   Bring personality to the work without sacrificing clarity, usability or purpose.

3. Keep questioning.

   Explore new ideas and technologies, but use them where they genuinely improve the experience.

What I’m building towards.

My ambition is to grow Upgratix into a creative and technology studio that businesses trust for thoughtful ideas and well-made work. A place where branding, digital experiences and practical technology come together to solve real problems—not simply follow the latest trend.
